Essentially You Oils' Sleep Easy calms the senses and supports a restful nights sleep. Essentially You Oils' Sleep Easy promotes relaxation and a restful sleeping environment. Sleep Easy lessens feelings of tension and calms emotions, the mind and soothes the senses.
Apply 1-2 drops to the back of neck, wrists and/or bottoms of feet.
Diffuse 5-7 drops.
